Superior Service Through Systems
The use of detailed systems for Die Design and Job Scheduling sets Iris apart from the competition. Technical Feasibility, Concept Review, Assembly Review and Detail Review are conducted for every die that's designed. In addition, a series of technical and operational checklists are used to ensure the accuracy, relevance and manufacturability of die designs. An Electronic Scheduler at the die shop gives an accurate picture of the load position in the coming months, based on which firm commitments can be made for deliveries. The computerised ERP is continuously updated for improvement in schedules and quality.
