An Electronic Scheduler at the die shop gives an accurate picture of the load position in the coming months, based on which firm commitments can be made for deliveries. The computerised ERP is continuously updated for improvement in schedules and quality.

Expectation Definition - A detailed listing of actions to be taken by Iris as well as the Customer- to ensure timely inputs for timely delivery. Evaluation - Reviews of all jobs, conducted every week, to eliminate snags and make necessary modifications so that jobs progress as scheduled.
